to terminate accounts if inaccurate, false, or misleading information is provided, or if accounts are misused.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations
take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial
periods. Subscribers are responsible for managing their payment methods to ensure continuous access.
5. Free Trials and Discounts
Kemplo may offer promotional discounts or free trials, which are limited to one per household.
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Termination
Kemplo reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion if users breach

to use the service, including data loss, business interruptions, or financial losses.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, regardless of conflicts of laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved within Australian jurisdictions.
Refund Policy:
1. Digital Service Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of Kemplo’s services, refunds are generally not provided once access
to the services has been granted. However, refunds may be considered in cases of service failure
or inaccuracies affecting functionality.
2. Refund Request Process
Requests for refunds should be directed to Kemplo’s support team via email. Users must provide
a valid reason for their request, as well as any supporting documentation for verification.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the user’s account settings (by Stripe Inc.). Cancellations become
effective at the end of the current billing period, and refunds are not provided for unused
time within the billing cycle. To cancel click the "My subscription" link provided on the
side menu and follow the instructions.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated, Kemplo reserves the right to terminate the associated account until
the dispute is resolved. Any chargeback fees incurred are the responsibility of the subscriber.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Kemplo may modify this Refund Policy in response to evolving legal requirements or business needs.
Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
